37: chocolate fondants!

This is probably one of the easiest, quickest, most impressive desserts you can whip up. Most of the ingredients are basic pantry staples... Alls you need to do is purchase a stick of dark chocolate and you're all set! I used Gordon Ramsay's recipe... and committed a dessert recipe sin by quartering the recipe. I've been told there are conversion formulas for making fewer servings when baking, but between converting from Ramsay's weights to cups and watching Survivor, I didn't bother to research the appropriate conversions. Despite my laziness, the fondants turned out delicious and were a source of comfort after the disappointing blindside that went down in this week's episode of Survivor. I'm so tired of watching Jon and Jaqueline flip flop every week. Someone vote their asses off the island already!
